What we build
We build web based software tools designed around a single core function. Every project is scoped as an MVP, a focused product built to launch, attract subscribers and validate your idea. We do not build enterprise platforms, replacement systems for existing software or anything outside the scope agreed before work begins.
Payment
A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the completed product. Work does not start until the deposit is received. Full source code is transferred to you on receipt of final payment. From that point the software is yours completely with no ongoing fees, no revenue share and no further obligation to us.
What you need before we start
To keep your project on schedule you will need the following in place before work begins.
Delivery
We guarantee your product will be live and working within 2 weeks of the agreed project start date. If it is not ready within that time we continue working at no additional cost until it is delivered.
Our guarantee
We guarantee the software for 6 months from the date of delivery. Any bugs or faults that arise within that period will be fixed promptly and at no charge. This guarantee covers the software as originally specified and delivered. It does not cover changes, new features or issues arising from third party services outside our control such as Stripe, Digital Ocean or email providers.
Enhancements and additional work
Any work beyond the original agreed scope including new features, additional functionality or updates will be quoted separately before work begins. No additional work is carried out without written agreement on cost and scope.
What is not included
The following are outside the scope of a standard project at this price.
Not sure if your idea fits? Message us before purchasing. We will tell you honestly within 24 hours.
Ownership
On receipt of final payment you own the source code and the software completely. We retain no rights over the product, no claim to revenue generated and no ongoing involvement unless separately agreed.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect losses arising from the use of software we have built.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
